EPCRA Reporting and Support
GBMc & Associates provides strategic consulting services to industrial clients to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Section 312, also referred to as Tier II reporting. EPCRA Section 312 requires chemical inventories at a facility to be developed and regulated chemicals present above reportable quantities be included with supplemental information in an annual report to the appropriate state and local agencies (State Emergency Response Commission, Local Emergency Planning Committee, and Local Fire Departments as required).
GBMc's EPCRA Section 312 environmental consulting can include:
on-site support to develop or verify chemical inventories,
identification of reportable chemicals from the chemical inventories,

We also offer clients full documentation of the Tier II reporting determination and resulting report for their environmental records
